Mindfulness meditation: Engaging in regular meditation, particularly on impermanent, compassionate, and breath meditation, helps quiet the mind and foster greater awareness of one's actions and thoughts. Frequent Dharma lessons: Regularly attending Dharma lessons, either in person or through media like radio programs and books, reinforces positive habits and keeps you inspired and aligned with your path. Association with like-minded practitioners: Finding and interacting with friends and mentors who share a commitment to mindfulness and dharma can provide additional support and motivation. Vows of silence: Taking occasional vows of silence can be a transformative experience. It encourages inner reflection and a deeper understanding of one's speech patterns.
